How ya doin takin care of yourself?

Giving ourselves time in stillness, to recharge, be with friends, have nourishing meals, keep a regular sleep schedule with plenty of hours to be asleep ... these are all important ways we can take care and support our WHOLE body. There's plenty of other ways besides the ones I named! Bottom line: this is a skill we learn, by parental figures or caregivers modeling it to us during our developmental years, or by choosing to learn it ourselves in adulthood. Neglect yourself for too long and you will see the effects!
