I’ve been depressed and anxious too ya know

I know how excruciatingly difficult it can be to live feeling depressed, anxious, overwhelmed and constantly afraid. I have experienced these realities many years of my life. I ALSO know how wonderful it is to feel well, at ease, settled within my body, unafraid and unbothered by challenging situations that arise. Hypervigilant has been my middle name almost all my life.

I don’t use medications to soothe me, but I do take natural supplements sometimes to support my body, and for sure I prioritize doing the inner work. I have slowed down my life incredibly and make a point of getting the sleep I need. These are the natural ways I take care of my whole body.

This new endeavor of mine, the Safe 2 Be Me podcast, is a space meant to help both you and I to ease into being our authentic self, without needing the approval of anyone else.
