The Format
Because concepts are interwoven and healing happens differently for each of us, you’re welcome to listen to the lessons in any order. Download and print whatever you’d like while you have access to it, but please do not share without permission.

My hope is that you will discover more about yourself as we go on this beautiful + challenging healing journey together. Certain activities may stretch you beyond your comfort level. All the while you will become more conscious and accepting of your self, and in the end you will feel satisfied!

Module 1 - How to Determine Your Why!
I share about how I used to do holidays and how I changed. Explore the why behind your “yes” and your “no.” Why do you do the things you do? What’s keeping you from changing? Let yourself become more aware. That’s the first step… and there’s more! Let’s talk about it.
Module 2 - How to trim your “to do” list!
What’s the reason behind your actions? When it comes to the holidays and celebrations why do you do the things you do? What makes you feel light and excited and what is a drain on you! Be strategic and creative as you shorten your “to do” list. Be kind and considerate of the people who will be affected, but STILL make the changes you need to make!!
Module 3 - Traditions
What traditions should you keep and which ones should you let go of? Involve the family members, or others, who will be affected by your decisions. Use creativity to allow the changes to work for both you and the others involved. It may not always work out beautifully but kindness and communication goes a long way. There’s good reason to try out a different way and see how it goes! Risk is always involved in good ventures :)
Module 4 - Gift Giving
I share some of my story within simplifying my life. Who should you give to and how much is enough? What’s your reason for gifting, and what’s the fear in changing? Start doing the inner work to discover your why. Create that list of who you are giving to and what you plan to get them - then start to decide what you can eliminate! Act in compassion and regard yourself. Do you love yourself as extravagantly as you love others?
Module 5 - Hosting
What do you normally expect of yourself when it comes to hosting? What’s your reason for that? What’s one thing you could change for the holiday approaching and see how it goes. Listen for a few ideas I’ll drop for you! Evaluate if it created ease, or caused you a lot of disappointment. If you aren’t willing to try you may never know how great it could be!
Module 6 - Traveling
Do you travel for any holidays? What’s the expectation? Are you happy with the arrangement you have with family for traveling? Remember to be creative as you make travel arrangements. Many times there are ways to make it work that can be a win-win for all parties involved!
